This Return & Refund Policy governs all purchases of physical products made through tensaicomputers.com and supplied by Tensai Computers Private Limited.

By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy together with our Terms & Conditions, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. Scope

This Return & Refund Policy applies only to physical products purchased directly from tensaicomputers.com.

Digital products, downloadable software, software licenses, activation keys, subscriptions, cloud services, digital content, electronically delivered products, consulting services, installation services, and other intangible goods are governed by their respective terms and are generally not eligible for return or refund unless expressly stated otherwise or required under applicable law.

2. General Return Policy

Tensai Computers Private Limited does not accept returns, exchanges, replacements, or refunds as a matter of general policy.

However, in exceptional circumstances and solely at the absolute discretion of Tensai Computers Private Limited, a return request may be reviewed and approved subject to the conditions set forth in this Return & Refund Policy.

Submission of a return request does not guarantee acceptance.

Approval or rejection of any return request shall remain solely at the discretion of Tensai Computers Private Limited.

3. Order Cancellation

Customers are advised to carefully review all product specifications, descriptions, compatibility, pricing, quantities, billing information, and shipping information before completing their purchase.

All confirmed orders are final.

Once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been received, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded, except where expressly required under applicable law or where Tensai Computers Private Limited provides prior written approval at its sole discretion.

Refusal to accept delivery shall not constitute cancellation of an order.

Orders returned due to customer refusal, incorrect shipping information, failure to collect the shipment, customer unavailability, or any other customer-related reason shall remain subject to this Return & Refund Policy and our Shipping Policy.

4. Return Eligibility

Returns shall only be considered where all of the following conditions are satisfied:

  • The return has been authorized in writing by Tensai Computers Private Limited.
  • The return request is submitted within 90 (Ninety) calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • The product is brand new, unused, unopened, and in its original manufacturer’s packaging.
  • All original accessories, manuals, labels, warranty cards (if applicable), protective films, seals, and included components are present.
  • The product has not been installed, activated, configured, programmed, modified, or used in any manner.
  • The product is returned in a condition suitable for resale as determined solely by Tensai Computers Private Limited.

Meeting the above conditions does not guarantee acceptance of the return.

All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt at our warehouse.

5. Products Not Eligible for Return

Without limitation, the following products shall generally not be eligible for return, refund, replacement, or exchange:

  • Opened products.
  • Used products.
  • Installed products.
  • Activated products.
  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Products manufactured to customer specifications.
  • Digital products.
  • Downloadable software.
  • Software licenses.
  • Activation keys.
  • Subscription services.

  • Products showing signs of wear, misuse, tampering, modification, or accidental damage.
  • Products returned without prior written authorization.
  • Products returned with missing accessories or components.

6. Return Authorization (RMA)

No product shall be returned without obtaining prior written authorization from Tensai Computers Private Limited.

Unauthorized returns may be refused, rejected, or returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.

Where a return request is approved, customers may be required to provide:

  • Order Number;
  • Proof of Purchase;
  • Invoice;
  • Product Serial Number (where applicable);
  • Photographs;
  • Videos;
  • Description of the reason for return; and

Return authorization does not constitute approval of a refund.

Approval of any refund shall only be determined after inspection of the returned product.

7. Return Conditions

Authorized returns must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned products are adequately packed using appropriate protective materials.

Tensai Computers Private Limited shall not be responsible for products damaged during return shipment due to inadequate packaging.

A returned shipment shall be deemed received only when it has been physically delivered to the designated warehouse address of Tensai Computers Private Limited.

Delivery to a courier hub, sorting facility, collection centre, delivery office, transit warehouse, or any location other than our designated warehouse shall not constitute receipt of the returned goods.

8. Inspection of Returned Products

All authorized returned products shall undergo inspection upon receipt at the designated warehouse of Tensai Computers Private Limited.

Inspection may include, but is not limited to:

  • Verification of product condition;
  • Verification of serial numbers;
  • Verification of original packaging;
  • Verification of accessories and included items;
  • Functional inspection (where applicable);
  • Tamper inspection;
  • Physical damage inspection; and
  • Verification against the original order.

Submission of a returned product does not guarantee approval of a refund.

The decision of Tensai Computers Private Limited regarding the eligibility of any returned product shall be final.

9. Refund Approval

Refunds shall only be considered after:

  • The returned product has been successfully received at our designated warehouse;
  • Inspection has been completed; and
  • The return has been approved by Tensai Computers Private Limited.

If a returned product does not satisfy the conditions specified in this Return & Refund Policy, the return request may be rejected.

Rejected products may be returned to the customer at the customer’s sole expense.

10. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, the eligible refund amount shall be processed using the original payment method used during the purchase.

Refund processing generally commences within 7 Business Days after approval.

The time required for the refund to appear in the customer’s account depends entirely upon the policies and processing times of the payment gateway, issuing bank, card issuer, or financial institution.

Tensai Computers Private Limited shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, card issuers, or other financial institutions.

11. Restocking Fee

All approved returns shall be subject to a Restocking Fee equal to Fifty Percent (50%) of the total order value.

The Restocking Fee covers costs including, but not limited to:

  • Inspection;
  • Quality verification;
  • Administrative processing;
  • Payment gateway charges;
  • Inventory handling;
  • Repackaging;
  • Operational costs; and
  • Restocking expenses.

The Restocking Fee shall be deducted from the refundable amount before the refund is processed.

12. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are strictly non-refundable.

Where a refund is approved, the following may be deducted from the refundable amount, where applicable:

  • Original outbound shipping charges;
  • Return shipping charges;
  • Courier handling charges;
  • Packaging charges;
  • Customs duties;
  • Import taxes;
  • Brokerage charges;
  • Storage charges;
  • Administrative charges; and
  • Any other costs incurred in processing the order or return.

For orders qualifying for promotional or free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred by Tensai Computers Private Limited shall still be deducted from the refundable amount.

The minimum shipping deduction shall generally be:

  • ?100 for shipments within India; and
  • ?1,000 for International Shipments,

or the actual shipping charges incurred, whichever is higher.

13. Return Shipping

Customers are solely responsible for arranging and paying for the shipment of authorized returns to the designated warehouse of Tensai Computers Private Limited.

Customers shall bear all expenses relating to:

  • Return shipping;
  • Courier insurance;
  • Customs charges;
  • Import duties;
  • Packaging materials;
  • Transit protection;
  • Taxes;
  • Handling charges; and
  • Any applicable governmental fees.

Tensai Computers Private Limited does not reimburse return shipping expenses.

14. Condition of Returned Products

Returned products must be received:

  • In brand new condition;
  • Unused;
  • Unopened;
  • Complete;
  • Untampered;
  • Free from physical damage;
  • Free from customer modifications; and
  • In the original manufacturer’s packaging with all included accessories and documentation.

Products received in any other condition may be rejected without refund.

15. Customer Responsibility During Return Transit

Customers remain solely responsible for returned products until they are physically received and accepted at the designated warehouse of Tensai Computers Private Limited.

Customers are strongly encouraged to use insured and trackable courier services.

Tensai Computers Private Limited shall not be responsible for returned products that are:

  • Lost;
  • Delayed;
  • Damaged;
  • Misrouted;
  • Destroyed; or
  • Stolen

during return transit.

16. No Waiver of Rights

Acceptance of one return request shall not constitute a waiver of this Return & Refund Policy nor create any obligation for Tensai Computers Private Limited to approve future return requests under similar circumstances.

Each request shall be evaluated independently.

17. Return to Origin (RTO) & Undelivered Shipments

If an order is returned to Tensai Computers Private Limited due to customer-related reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address;
  • Customer unavailable at the delivery address;
  • Failure to collect the shipment from the courier;
  • Refusal to accept delivery;
  • Failure to pay applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges;
  • Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts; or
  • Any other customer-related reason,

the shipment shall be treated as a Return to Origin (RTO) shipment.

The return of an order to our warehouse shall not constitute cancellation of the order and shall not automatically entitle the customer to any refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit.

Customers requesting re-dispatch of an RTO shipment shall be responsible for paying all applicable re-shipping, courier return, handling, customs, storage, and administrative charges before the shipment is dispatched again.

18. Refused Deliveries

Customers who refuse delivery of an order without prior written authorization from Tensai Computers Private Limited shall not be entitled to cancellation, refund, replacement, exchange, or compensation.

Refusal to accept delivery shall be treated as a customer-initiated delivery failure and shall be handled in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy and our Shipping Policy.

Any costs incurred due to such refusal, including courier return charges, storage charges, re-shipping charges, customs duties, or handling fees, shall be borne entirely by the customer.

19. Warehouse Storage

Authorized returns and Return to Origin (RTO) shipments successfully received at the designated warehouse of Tensai Computers Private Limited shall be securely stored pending inspection, refund processing, or customer instructions.

Where re-shipment has been requested, the shipment shall remain on hold until all applicable outstanding charges have been paid in full.

20. Abandoned Shipments

If an authorized return or Return to Origin (RTO) shipment remains unclaimed, or where the customer fails to arrange collection or pay the required re-shipping charges within 90 (Ninety) calendar days from the date of notification, the shipment shall be deemed abandoned.

Upon expiry of this period, Tensai Computers Private Limited reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to dispose of, recycle, liquidate, dismantle, destroy, or otherwise deal with the goods without any further notice.

The customer shall not be entitled to any refund, replacement, exchange, store credit, compensation, reimbursement, or claim in respect of abandoned shipments.

21. Digital Products & Services

Unless expressly stated otherwise, digital products, downloadable software, software licenses, activation keys, digital content, subscriptions, cloud services, electronically delivered products, and similar intangible goods are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable, and non-refundable once access, download, activation, or delivery has been provided.

Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility and suitability before purchasing any digital product or service.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tensai Computers Private Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or commercial damages arising from or relating to:

  • Return requests;
  • Refund processing;
  • Rejected returns;
  • Delayed refunds;

  • Courier negligence;

Tensai Computers Private Limited shall not be responsible for any delay, interruption, suspension, or inability to inspect returned goods, process refunds, or fulfil obligations under this Return & Refund Policy resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters;
  • Floods;
  • Earthquakes;
  • Fires;
  • Epidemics;
  • Government actions or restrictions;
  • Transportation failures;
  • Customs delays;
  • Labour disputes;
  • Internet outages;
  • Cybersecurity incidents;
  • Supplier disruptions;
  • Operational failures;
  • Acts of God; or
  • Any other Force Majeure event.

During such events, our obligations shall remain suspended without liability until normal operations resume.
