12. Return to Origin (RTO) & Undelivered Shipments

  • Failure to collect the shipment from the courier;
  • Refusal to accept delivery;

  • Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts; or
  • Any other customer-related reason,

the shipment shall be treated as a Return to Origin (RTO) shipment.

Return of the shipment to our warehouse shall not cancel the order, nor shall it entitle the customer to any automatic refund, replacement, exchange, or cancellation.


13. Re-shipping Charges

Customers requesting re-dispatch of a Return to Origin (RTO) shipment shall be responsible for paying all applicable charges before the shipment is dispatched again.

Such charges may include, but are not limited to:

  • Actual re-shipping charges;
  • Courier return charges;
  • Customs duties;
  • Import taxes;
  • Storage charges (where applicable);
  • Handling charges; and
  • Any additional expenses incurred due to the failed delivery.

Re-shipment shall only be initiated after all outstanding charges have been paid in full.


14. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import duties, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, inspection fees, handling charges, or other government-imposed levies.

All such charges are solely the responsibility of the customer.

16. Damaged, Lost & Delayed Shipments

23. Warehouse Storage

Return to Origin (RTO) shipments and undelivered orders successfully returned to the designated warehouse of Tensai Computers Private Limited shall be securely stored pending further instructions from the customer.

Customers requesting re-dispatch must pay all applicable re-shipping, handling, courier, customs, storage, and other applicable charges before the shipment is dispatched again.

The order shall remain on hold until all outstanding charges have been received in full.


24. Abandoned Shipments

If a returned shipment remains unclaimed or the required re-shipping charges are not paid within 90 (Ninety) calendar days from the date the customer is notified, the shipment shall be deemed abandoned.

Upon expiry of this period, Tensai Computers Private Limited reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to dispose of, recycle, liquidate, dismantle, destroy, or otherwise deal with the goods without any further notice.

The customer shall not be entitled to any refund, replacement, exchange, store credit, compensation, or reimbursement in respect of abandoned shipments.


25. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges displayed during checkout apply only to the original shipment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, including orders that qualify for promotional or free shipping.

Where a refund is approved in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, the following may be deducted from the refundable amount, where applicable:

  • Government actions or restrictions;
