- You have 1 calendar day to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Cancellations will be only considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been already shipped.
- In case you receive damaged or defective products, please report the same to our Customer Service team here. This should be reported within 24 hours of receiving the damaged product(s) or 48 hours in case of malfunctioning product(s).
- In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on our site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
