What is 3-2-1 Backup Strategy?**

• 3 Copies of Data – Maintain three copies of data — the original, and at least two backup copies.
• 2 Different Media (NX-525X) – Two different media types for storage in NX-525X. This can help reduce any impact that may be attributable to one specific storage media type.
• 1 Copy Offsite (NX-Tx) – One encrypted copy offsite in NX-Tx to prevent the possibility of data loss due to a site-specific failure or a site-specific catastrophe.

In many cases, the ransom demand comes with a deadline.
